Hypnosis is usually done with the help of a therapist using verbal repetition and mental images.
Hypnosis can be used in the treatment of pain, depression, anxiety and phobias, stress, habit disorders and many other conditions.
Sunshine's modality can also help you connect with your loved ones that have crossed over; get the answers, closure & peace of mind that you need.
Getting to the root of the condition usually solves more than one issue from this life or past lives.

Spiritual & Life COACHING
In 2014, I finally woke up and decided that I needed to love me. I was homeless at one point & abused by 6 different people in my life. I was ashamed & turned to food. My weight was my shield of loneliness, food was my addiction, avoided the pain, to hide amongst the living. I was always trying to fix everyone else’s pain, what I really had to do, was fix my own.
It hasn’t been easy, I experienced a lot of struggles along the way but that’s part of learning. Life hurt & it’s was hard, not because I was doing it wrong, it’s because I was not being my true self. I was trying to be what others wanted me to be.
I have had several teachers along this path and I am so grateful for them. I am still learning and ever growing. Now, I am also a teacher & help heal others. Self love is far from selfish because then you share your love freely, without question, unconditionally. Pain is like love, just simply surrender to it and learn from it.
Once you heal, you shed your pain!! I will never abandon myself again. We can all do this!!!!!! And when you do your spiritual gifts become activated and I can help you with that glorious but confusing journey too!

Sound healing works by using specific sound frequencies to stimulate the body's natural healing mechanisms. When we are exposed to sound, our brain waves entrain to the frequency of the sound, which can promote relaxation, reduce stress and anxiety, and promote physical healing, balance chakras. Different frequencies are believed to have different healing effects, and sound healers may use various instruments such as singing bowls, or gongs to produce these frequencies. Sunshine uses all of the above and a magical crystal harp!

Sunshine has paint & will travel! She has done murals on fences & sheds all over Long Island! If you have a nonprofit business that needs some art to bring in the crowds, Sunshine is your girl! She has donated several murals all up the East Coast, from New Jersey to Maine! She loves to spread sunshine as much as possible. Nothing makes her heart happier than bringing smiles to everyone through her art.
